Is Your Service Free of Charge?
Some sourcing companies that don't have an existing network of suppliers, charge up front fees in order to begin your product-sourcing project. We charge a nominal commission for our services rendered. .

Are you locally Accessible and Accountable?
If your sourcing representative is an international phone call and 10 time zones away, it may be quite difficult for you to reach them if you have an urgent question or need, not to mention a possible language barrier. More importantly, if there are quality issues when the product arrives at your dock and your supplier's representative is more than an arm's reach away, how secure will you feel.

Will You Offer Credit Terms And Domestic Payment Capability?
Most China manufacturer / suppliers require a Letter of Credit (L/C) or wire transfer payment in advance of shipping the product. With an L/C, as long as the banking documents are in order the supplier will get paid (regardless of the quality or condition of the shipment). Also, International L/C can be expensive. This costs you extra money and increases your risk.

Do You Have Independent Quality Assurance Verification?
Offshore venders typically have their own internal testing equipment and inspection staff, but not an independent quality assurance group, but we do our utter most to check the quality etc. as per norms provided by the buyer. If the product you receive does not match your specifications, do you have any recourse? Even if they will replace the defective products you received, how long will it take them to get the right replacement parts to you? Who will pay the added custom, duty and freight costs.

Can You Handle Custom Parts?
Commodity traders typically only handle standard parts that can be quickly sourced without due diligence. we can assist you in identifying the Custom Clearing agent in your area Nevertheless we assist in the Area's / Countries where we have our agents & offices..

Is Your Price a Delivered Price?
We mostly offer price F.O.B. China port but can also offer CNF prices, if required.

Are My Quantities Large Enough?
Too often, internet sourcing companies or major component houses do not deliver good service if your usage quantities are not large enough to capture and keep their interest. As they become larger and more powerful, they tend to lose interest and charge more for small buyers and small quantities. We only accept a min. order of US$ 5,000/-
